Who is this qualification for?

The level 3 award in Health & Safety in the Workplace qualification is aimed at team members who are at, or training towards supervisory or team leader level. This qualification is aimed at both front of house and back of house team members where the requirements of the business have been correctly risk assessed. Having members on site with this qualification not only protects the employees, business and customers, but helps evidence stronger due diligence if and when needed.
